The CentOS GNOME Desktop Panels are one of the most useful aspects of the desktop in terms of providing information, ease of use and convenience to the user. As with just about every other aspect of the GNOME desktop, these panels are accompanied by extensive configuration options. In this chapter we will look at each of these configuration options in detail.
